What can i say about this property? We moved here in November of 2017 and didn't even make it the whole year. The idea of cleaning up the apartment for us to move in was to paint everything white. That includes bathroom counter, mirrors, blinds, mold (yes, mold. They painted over mold), broken wall trim, and bath tub. We were charged an extra $100 a month for new carpeting that we didn't ask for. As well as paying for amenities that we would have opted out of if we could have. We were told that we could access the gym, pool, and laundry room with key fobs, but were told that we wouldn't get one because she didn't know how to program them. The rent was advertised as $1050 a month for a two bed and one bath. It wound up being $1200 a month. Our neighbors told us that their rent went up annually. The gate doesn't work, which is pointless anyway because there is no fence. The pool was closed 4 of the 6 months we were there. Half the property is empty or used for storage. One of the buildings has had a blue tarp for a roof the entire time we were there. The sign and the rent price says luxury apartments, the maintenance and the interior says third-world country.

We moved in 4 months ago. In those 4 months, the A/C has been out for a total of 14 days (and is currently out as I type this), there was sewage in our bathtub for 21 days before they fixed it. The entire apartment smelled like sewage. We have videos of the plumber opening the bathroom door and retching (we have pictures and videos of everything and would love to send them out as proof that everything I say in this review is completely accurate). A pipe burst in the ceiling (bottom floor apartment) that took them 5 days to do anything about. The entire master bedroom flooded and that was 20 days ago and they still haven't completed all the repairs. So in the 4 months we've been here, the apartment has been uninhabitable for 2 months.
The former apartment manager Kelly, seemed hard working and at least acted like she cared. The new one Debbie, is snarky and condescending. When you go to her with all the problems, all you get is attitude from her like all of this is your fault. Please save yourself the headache. There are less expensive apartments with much better service. STAY AWAY.

I'm written to drow ur attention to complaint about the terrible behavior and rudeness from secretary Debbie of the complex ..I been a loyal resident of you complex 3 years and I had times that I received a great service but my surprise I received poor and arrogant service from the secretary ..it been 3 times that I ask for pets control and I wait in the aparment the whole day and no one shows up...this is the 3 time that this happend and is unacceptable..i went to the office at noon spoke w Kelly the manager I ask her if pets control companies still at the complex she tell me yes...and I tell her well I'm still waiting at my house for pets control..after I wait the whole day for pets control at 3pm pets control never went to my apartment.. I call the office and the secretary who was there yesterday spoke to me rudly and arrogant without no emphatic to my sad situation by the phone w no costumer service skills she stated to ntrol came and left and I ask her why they don't came to the apparment she stated whit her voice sounds rudly I can put u on the list againg..and ... I said no I want a reason why they dnot came the apparment is full of roaches and mosquitos and I have three daughters I can have my them living like this ..she spoke to me back and stated " I don't care if ur apparment is full of roaches I don't have nothing to do w that" immediately I ask her I want to talk to the manager Kelly she refused to put ketly on the phone and stated"No you are not going to talk w Kelly u talk to me Debbie.she refused to put Kelly on the phone..I hang the phone I went to the office and the manager Kelly was on her office I report the situation ...this situation is really sad put me really depress and upset felling anxiety...and my family too..I'm am very disappoint how the things are been managing at the office this situation needs ur promp attention

I love this property, the floorplan ( I live in a 2/2 that measures 1250 sq ft) space is very important. I love the area of Winter Park, it seems to be a different world compared to living in Orlando for the last 8 years. My balcony so huge and the breeze, my own oasis. The staff is wonderful, will do anything to assist their residents and the new management that has come in is making changes immediately to the community to make it even better. No parking issue! My daughter named my apt Elise!

The staff was slow to respond to maintenance issues, such as leaking roofs, and electrical issues. Also, when an appliance (Dishwasher) would go out it took over 2 weeks to even have someone come look at it allowing water to become stagnant even after I had attempted to clean it out myself to prevent it. Afterwards it took another week to get it fixed, meaning more smell of stagnant water.

The leasing agents were wonderful! My only qualm was that the property was very old. Nob Hill is due for a complete makeover. First change to be made should be the addition of an online portal system where you can pay rent and create maintenance requests.
