    the parking is hard to get even the most of parking are reserved you hardly find one and will be far , we have to pay an insurance for the appartment , and the trach too we have to pay for it every month , the rent is too high for appartment with carpet which they charge us for the haul carpet after we finished our rent and they said for yellow spot in the traffic area they took 771.00 $ for it .and really they were so mean with us from the beginning Specially the manager

    The issues started from day one here. I feel like the rug was pulled out from under me. Photos and staff depict this perfect community but it is too good to be true. Day one moving in my laundry room ceiling had flooded and ruined boxes of stuff. it took them a few days to repair it so i had to use a bucket there. i overlooked that trying to remain positive. I got my first electric bill here with only 3 days of living here and it was $60. I was shocked. I contacted the office and had no response to it. Contacted duke and they talked their way around it. i overlooked it and tried to stay positive. Well then i noticed my kitchen light had a loud humming sound to it. So i put in a maintenance request. they fixed it. I come home and the lights barely illuminate making it hard to even navigate. They come back the next day and have to change out multiple parts which i was here for. The worker was very nice. coming up on my next month my electric bill is $314! For a single person. I immediately email and the office claims to have checked it out and said its fine and sent me energy saving tips. While contacting duke energy they let me know my bill is 3x the normal bill for my unit for the past 4 years. i contact the office back and forth and am left with a giant bill. the next month that bill hits $455. i once again plead with the office that something isnt right. they assure me all is well. Being fed up with their lack of action i shut my entire breaker off leaving for work. Maintenance shows up on my door when I return home and flip it back on and said another tenants ac had been out all day until i came home. They advised me that their electricity was hooked up with mine. i was furious. I go out for myself and see there was a deliberate hole in my connection box and had the wires that was used to fuse the two on top of the box. I alerted duke energy and the complex. They claim it was an issue when the building was built and the tenant wasn't stealing. Duke energy adv

    I'm looking for a 2 bed to bath. $1100 - $1300. On 06/6/2020. The apartments you showed were nice looking.

    The are parking problems to solve them they issued decals and were supposed to tow those without decals. They don't enforce this at all the area I'm has minimum 14+ cars without decals this is at all hours. No they want you to pay 40 dollars a month for a premium spot..why when you don't tow?...Also not many people pick up after their dogs so poop all over. The stairs are very loud when people are going up and down they rattle and master bedroom is right next to it. They are certainly not luxury apartments.

    We looked a lot of apartment communities in the area, and this was actually a last stop that we almost didnt make bc we were worn out. We had a good feeling about it as soon as we met the staff and went on the tour. There are always pros and cons but overall we have felt safe, its a quiet community and seems family oriented. Living so close to the 417 is always a plus. Maintenance has been on point anytime we have had an issue (which have all been minor). So far so good, and havent regretted it once.
