I applied back in August and got approved soon after, but no one ever sends me any updates about the process until I reach out first. I didn't know I was approved until I emailed them. I didn't know that there was a problem with bedroom availability until I emailed them. I got approved for a lease months ago, and they keep saying they'll send it to me but they've said that at least five times and I still haven't received it. It's been months. They don't respond half the time either. My move in date is supposed to be January 1st, but now I'm not so sure because they're very unorganized and unprofessional. I don't recommend bothering with this place if you're interested.

Over the last year this place was sold and totally renovated. I was here when is was crappy and the management was terrible. Since the new owner got here, they renovated all the apartments and let me move into an updated apartment as soon as one was available. The new management is a lot more professional than the last lady. If I need anything, they take care of it within a day.
The updates are beautiful and I really love that my roommates and I all get our own bathrooms.
