I am a current resident and thus far am really unhappy with the place. MANAGEMENT. When they get you to sign the lease, they have so many ridiculous fees in place that you don't even know of. They require you to sign the lease FIRST and when you move in, they will add more fees after you're already tied down. I have never seen an apartment ask for citizenship and banking information in order to get approved. I did it anyway because I was in a rush (my mistake). They only let you pay rent from 1st-3rd of the month online and add on ridiculous late fees until you pay them. Oh yeah, you can pay online, which sounds great, but once it's the 4th of the month, they add $100 and say "oh well, you have to physically come in and pay." OH AND they don't reply to your emails or phone calls unless they want to. I have literally had them ignore some of my emails, and I had to ask them if they received it because nobody in management was replying. Their office hours makes it almost IMPOSSIBLE to come in, especially if you are at work far away. They made up for that with hours on Saturdays and Sundays, which was one of the reasons why I chose this place. But after about 2 weeks of living here, they oh-so-nonchalantly removed those hours, making it so difficult to PAY RENT. Neighbors are horrendous. Don't get me wrong, some are really nice and quiet and don't take it upon themselves to disturb others way into the night at 3AM. But others turn up their music so loud that you can hear it from outside the apartment building, talk on their phones on the balcony for hours, and yell and scream outside. Neighbors leave their dog's fecal matter around and don't walk them on leashes, despite management's constant reminders.The balcony door had holes near the floor that allowed ALL SORTS of bugs and insects, including an ant infestation, gnats, and spiders, to climb into the apartment. They literally had so many ants that they had to call pest control 1-2 weeks after move-in.

Leasing staff and maintenance are nice and courteous. Property is always kept nice and clean. Great community, very quiet! Great place to call home.

I have lived here in the past about 14 years ago and love it ,( I was having my house built,) , here I am 14 years later living here once again while I build another house. Would never live anywhere else
