I was surprised when I read the other reviews. I actually applied & was accepted at 3 complexes but was unhappy with the lack of customer service at the first 2; all I could imagine was if they arent even responsive before I get there, what will it be like after. I just signed my second lease at Azalea. The staff has always been friendly whenever I go in, they remember me by name and unit number (and that is saying a lot, this is a fairly large complex). I have health problems this last year and every time I stop in to pick up a package, someone asks how I am feeling and seem genuinely concerned. I am always surprised and pleased that management is in the office and active in day-to-day interaction with clients. Diana is the Assistant Manager, and it is nothing for her to come out of her office to help run a rent payment, go in the back room to grab a package for pick up or just to say high. This has definitely not been my experience elsewhere. Whenever I needed to talk to a manager they were never to be found, didnt return your call and wanted nothing to do with the everyday needs and questions of residents. When I read the other reviews out there the biggest comment seems to be about customer service and bugs. I already addressed customer service, as for the bugs, there was one time since I have been here that we had unusual bug activity and that was when there was consider commotion with connecting neighbors moving out and then someone moving in. My experience is that it isnt that unusual when that happens that it stirs up insect activity. I asked if I could have an extra bug spray other than their normal maintenance and they did so within a week. I have not had any other unusual bug issues. Repairs-- yes I have needed repairs. Sometimes they are able to come within 24 hours, sometimes it is a little longer, but within reason.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! The worst management ever!! They are rude and very disrespectful! They dont fix nothing they refuse to answer the phone. They have yet to return our deposit after us moving out every since a month and a half ago! They talk to my fianc like he is a kid. They have roaches and they charge outrageous prices for minor issues. The gate hardly works. As of today we have an attorney to get what belongs to us which is our deposit back because were tired of them lying to us about our money. I repeat DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!

I moved to this community because it was SUPPOSE to be gated and secured but the gates are OPEN all the time..it was closed for about 2 weeks after FINALLY receiving the gate card and now it's open AGAIN all day/night. I asked about AFTER hour access to the fitness center and the response was once the gates are working properly that I would have access to the fitness center...I never lived in a community where I don't have 24 hr access to the fitness center, it's open during business hours only!

The management was friendly. However, the apartment had many cockroaches that my family had to deal with. Embombing and sprayng a lot when I had infants in the home. In our situation, we had a neighbor who smoked a lot and the smoke would come through the vents.
