Initially, I was given a $100 credit for 6 months given the construction and noise associated with the townhome build. After the 6 months, the construction has gotten even messier, in addition to a constant flow of traffic circling the cul de sac (behind terraces). After hitting my 1 year anniversary, I re signed a lease not wanting to move again, however many things are beginning to show wear, most importantly the flooring is buckiling and very hard to clean and have a nice shine to it. Beside these things, I am happy and content living here. It is beautifully landscaped and kept up very nicely. All Camden staff are a pleasure to deal with.

The Staff at Camden Paces is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The property is Amazing, Clean and the residents are friendly. It is a very safe and quiet environment that has a community feel.
