Poorly managed property- it takes four weeks and about five calls to actually get them to take your maintenanc Read Moree requests serious. They do not community community changes to the residents (e.g. Changed our gate codes and didn't tell anyone). Property is notorious for break-ins becuase they leave the gate open so anyone can come in whenever- so it's not a "gated community" as it's advertised. I've lived here for almost 3 years and have chosen to cancel my lease early becuase the management of the property is terrible. I've loved living in my apartment but is not worth the price since it's been driven up.

Until the new company bought the property, living at Viera Briarcliff was wonderful. When the new company came Read More in, there was never any stability in the office: calls left for the manager were never returned, the associates would say and do different things, and there was never any advocacy for the residents.

one issue after another. They have removed the majority of the trees. They have increased the price while se Read Morervice has decreased. Our card does not always work for the gym, payments have been recorded improperly, maint. requests have been poorly handled or more than one request to correct theissue. The common areas are not kept clean and the trash/dumpster area is often unkept w/trash all over the ground. Supplies and scraps during unit turnovers have been left in parking lot for a week +-.

When we moved in here it was called Arbor Hills and to be honest ever since the new management took over the c Read Moreustomer service went down immediately and the only thing they were concerned about was upgrading the office and adding a gate. The one positive thing I would say is that the newly renovated departments do look ally better than the old one, but they are way over priced then you take into consideration the adding the buildings because they see clearly outdated.
