        Very disappointed with this community. I'm not a resident, but I did have a tour scheduled. I used my entire lunch break going to tour the property (and was late coming back from break because of how far they are from my job). I get to the property and the gate is closed. It gives you the number to type to reach the office; however, when the buttons are pushed, it's just silent for a minute, then rings, then cuts off. It did that every time I tried (6 times I tried!). Then I tried callling the office, it kept giving me this automated person and wouldn't put an actual person on the phone. I tried emailing them and calling them over and over a few times and got super frustrated and just left. I STILL haven't heard back from them in response to my email, nor did they even call me to follow up on the appointment. VERY unprofessional! Having a gated community is nice and all, but not when prospects can't even come into the community. And if you knew you had a tour scheduled, why not follow up with them to see if they're still coming or even to see if they're still interested in the property?? This experience made me realize that if I had an issue as a resident, I may have difficulties even contacting someone about the issue and it shows that clearly the office staff does not care being that they never even responded to my email to apologize or reschedule or anything. I'll definitely have to pass on this community. That was such a bad first impression!

        DO NOT MOVE HERE! There is mold build up The owner is a slum lord and once you sign the lease that’s it, no help/support will be provided The property isn’t cared for at all The renovations of the units are built on top of old foundational structures. Shooting occurs frequently and the police is becoming fed up with the calls along with no security on the premises.

        I recently moved into this apartment complex about 2-3 weeks ago, and unfortunately, I have experienced several problems. The heat has not been working properly, and there have been leaks in the unit. Additionally, we were rushed into a unit that had dirty walls and filth, which was quite disappointing. The most frustrating part is that the management has been uncooperative when it comes to compensation for these issues. The customer service has been a joke, to say the least. It's disheartening to feel like our concerns are not being taken seriously. It's a situation that warrants further action, perhaps even legal measures.

        this place is a cesspool i’ve requested maintenance and they sent someone over a week later and they did nothing and said everything is fixed but im sure they blocked my phone number from contacting them. then they decided months later that after a “mistake they made” that i was held responsible for late fees but im not. this is illegal and if they dont answer my calls i will have to take this to court and im sure they dont understand the law but i will get a complete refund and be given time to find another rental. they better start treating their residents fairly or this place will be shut down. none of this stuff passes city or state code and i will call a city inspector asap. yall have 24 hours to respond

        This property isn't worth your money or time it needs to be tore down and rebuilt from the ground up they need to be ashamed of their selfs I've been having issues since I moved here roach infested leaks everywhere to noises at night a lot of shooting and they failed my inspection several times and I reported the leak in my kitchen ceiling they told the lady upstairs don't run her dishwasher and eventually she did and I woke up went to get water and slipped and fell these apartments is doom

        I’m reconsidering moving here I was told to be at my schedule appointment for 11:15 am I arrived at 10:45 and sat outside until 11:50 because the leasing agent left the office with no communication that she would not be coming back so I drove over an hr to get here for nothing then it took forever to even get someone on the phone when I finally did there was no empathy whatsoever just yea the property manager left so we can’t show the apartment like are you serious and i understand things happen but at what point was I going to. Be contacted smh this is a bad sign already
