Management is very open and Nice. We have bien here two months and so far everything is good.

Do not move here management is very unprofessional & racist.

UPDATE…. These people refuse to fix the plumbing. My toilet has been backed up for the past 3 months and Erin tells me there's nothing she can do about it. The problemis she doesn't want to hire a professiona, she wants to continueto send her unqualified maintenancemen to use a snake and the toiletis still backed up when they leave. The pipes are backed up, not the toilets. This is how cheap they are. Then they have the nerve to put a warrant in your door as if they actually deserve rent. Honestlythe apartments need to be shut down and torn down. They come to your apartment and ask for rent but won't fix anything. We have to turn the water on and off on the toilet to prevent it from flooding and turning it off to let water out. I could go on & on. It seems that as soon as someone moves out of get evicted more Africans migrate in… PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! CANT WAIT UNTIL IM OUT OF HERE. We pay pest control monthly but there are rats and roaches all over the complex. Plumbing is horrible. It takes months to get anything fixed. Did I mention plumbing is HORRIBLE! I spoke with the property manager about my toilet which hasn’t been properly working for over a month. I’ve been told that my only option is to call the rent office everyday to get it unclogged (which hasn’t been successful by the way). The pipes for my building are used by 3 different buildings. I’m very aware of that… I’ve been living here long enough to know that the pipes have to be flushed out by professionals, not some janky maintenance men who do not have the tools to correct this issue. They refuse to hire a professional plumbing company. This is embarrassing. I can’t even have company because of the horrible stench from the toilet…NOW YOU TELL ME WOULD YOU PAY RENT SOMEWHERE YOU CANT EVEN USE YOUR BATHROOM & then are told not to use “much tissue after it’s been sitting for days??? TIME IS NOT MOVING FAST ENOUGH FOR ME!!! I refuse to allow my children and family to live in these conditions.

This apartment is absolutely DISGUSTING. There is no maintenance. There are roaches EVERYWHERE!!!! To the point where I can’t even use my kitchen. My appliances are completely over ran. These comments are fake. Those people do not live here that are saying it’s quiet and well maintained. People are murdered and arrested here every week. I wish I did not move myself and my 2 children here from out of state. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER!!!!

I DO NOT recommend living here! They are very unprofessional and the staff is NEVER IN THE OFFICE and NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! But I know if someone doesn’t pay rent on time, they are quick to put a DEMAND TO PAY NOTICE on the door! They also have people leaving FAKE REVIEWS to make this complex seem like it’s a great place to live! I have been trying to get my deposit back for months to no avail; the PROPERTY MANAGER does not return calls or is trying to rectify the situation! This is ridiculous! I’ve tried to get in touch with someone else within the company, who may be able to help me; to no avail as well. PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THE LIES; DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I’ve been living here for a few years now and I must say it’s quiet, maintenance is on top of things, the grounds keeping is through not to mention the rehab is coming along great.

Its a place in sw area and it has what ever u need close. So good it in my book.

I been here a year and these are the best apartments I ever been to. I want to thank the property manager And the staff for all the great work.
