The Peach Atlanta

Been living here since 2022. Ta'Quiera is amazing and extremely helpful, friendly and kind and one of the reasons i decided to rent my apartment here. Her and the maintenance staff are really responsive to any issues you may have and are quick to resolve them. The apartment is great with all the modern furnishings and appliances. Would highly recommend checking out the apartments if you're looking for a short term or long term rental.

RIGHT NOW! I give The Peach Atlanta a 1 star because I have not received my DEPOSIT CHECK since November. I have mad several attempt reaching out to Ms. T. Now, she does not reply to any of my emails at all.

I had the pleasure of touring this property today and the leasing agent was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I was hoping for a pool but this is definitely at the top of my list! The units are really nice and the customer service was stellar. Overall property seemed very quiet and it’s conveniently located! Ask for Ta’Quiera!

I called to get information about their short term leases and talked to the manager, Ta’Quiera. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I mentioned being new to the area and having questions, I asked if it was a good time to go through my list. Her response was “I’m talking to you ain’t I”. I have the date and time in case management records calls and would like to listen, as she was rude the entire 15-minute conversation and proceeded to hang up on me. Because of Ta’Quiera’s lack of professionalism, I decided to go with another furnished apartment complex in Midtown. I’ve had a wonderful experience so far and have even extended my stay and paid in-full upfront If you’re looking at this complex, I would seriously reconsider. If an initial conversation is this rude, I can only imagine how terrible the resident experience would be

I’m a travel nurse and stayed here for 3 months. My experience at the peach was pretty good, the apartments are nice but my stay is currently being overshadowed by the fact that I haven’t received my deposit back as of yet despite moving out July 5th. Each time that I have contacted the peach I’m being told it takes 30 business days. I was told to put my account information into their system and I used the “recommended” method of payment on their website so it captured my account number and routing information but apparently the wrong routing number was captured. So now I have to wait an additional 30 business days to get my money. No one contacted me so I have no clue when I’m supposed to get my money back. Ta’Queria is nice and helpful but I will definitely not be staying here again. I need the owner to contact me asap or I will be filing a lawsuit because this is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to beg for MY money back.
