      As I sit ou on my balcony this morning, I felt compelled to share the very positive changes that have recently occurred here. I have lived at The Savoy for about 9 years now, and I have NEVER been so pleased with the way the property is being managed. First, I moved to a larger apartment in March- there was a transition in management at the time, but Dwayne handled it extremely efficiently, professional, and he genuinely did an outstanding job to ensure a seamless move for me. Sarai in the front office was SO kind, helpful, and patient as she took the time to show me all options-and, yes... I tend to be quite picky- but she happily greeted me each time I wanted to see another unit. Then Justine came on board as the property manager. She is extremely sweet, and genuinely strives to ensure that The Savoy is up to her standards as if she lived here herself. A Very good team in the leasi g office now! Pressure washing has taken place, grounds are manicured, Maintenance has NEVER been better with both Anthony and Walter. Thanks to this amazing team, The Savoy is better than ever. Pool hours are enforced for respect of the community- in the past we were allowed to only have 3 guests maximum at the pool, however some did not abide by this and invited more than allowed without giving thought the we all share the space. If anything needs attention in this regard Signal Security promptly assists to keep the area the way it was intended to be. Nonsense, and illegal activity is NOT tolerated here. Also, there are many security cameras discreetly placed ad well as a new gate box installed and reconfigured to deter gate entry cards that are no longer valid. Last, but not least I came home to find BEAUTIFUL pool furniture. I cannot express how much the genuine integrity goes in to making The Savoy a nice community once again!

      I have been a resident of The Savoy since 2009. I recently moved to a 2 bedroom unit. I read other reviews and I wanted to give credit where credit is due- there have been recent changes in management, and this team is wonderful! Within the past two months it is obvious that they care about the property and community of people at The Savoy. This is a gated community and quality is their priority and I thank them for that. The location is excellent, upgrades have been made, and maintenance responds quickly. I sincerely appreciate all the hard work that goes into maintaining our home. I have never taken the time to write a review- but, I sincerely appreciate the efforts and hospitality of Dwayne, Sarai and Justine. Dwayne thank you for making my move -(in the midst of management changes) seamless. Sarai thank you for the time you took to show me all options, and Justine- you have brought a very positive, upbeat, and welcoming atmosphere to The Savoy. I know we are in good hands, and the property is a reflection of all your efforts :) Christina H-
