Since i have lived here the pool has never been open. If the pool opens i would pay for a membership fee. I have two kids and they would really enjoy the pool.

The apartment walls and ceilings are cracking. The rooms are poorly insulated. I am unable to obtain a home phone line in my unit, as the wire is bad. The leasing office will not cover the cost to have the unit rewired. Would not live here again.

here recently Neighbors can be disruptive & loud; music & tv viewing is loud & annoying; other residents and/or their family/friends sometimes park in the reserved parking for other residents or double park. This has recently become an issue, but overall Forest Hills Racquet Club is an excellent place to live.

The apartment area is centrally located for easy assets to grocery stores, or any type of shopping. It's a very quiet community. Everyone are friendly. Including staff workers.

I enjoy my apartment the grounds are kept clean and maintenance department always responds quick with friendly service.

The customer service is very robotic and unwavering in policy. I understand that is good in some aspects, but when I miss rent by one day because I couldnt pay over the weekend due to an internet problem, and there is no way at all to lower the fee, or talk to someone to get the overdue fee waived ONE TIME? That left a bad taste in my mouth. Also, the amenities you 'offer' are way too overpriced, and the bundles you have to get to make anything even remotely worth getting them are ridiculous.
