My sister is a current resident and looking forward to the end of her lease. You can hear "everything" the neighbor upstairs does, including normal conversations and walking. The "renovated" apartment...The floors are uneven in places, cheap linoleum (wood) in the kitchen to begin. Of course you see a nice "model" not the actual apartment you receive. Thankful she received a good deal on the lease. There is no way these apartments are worth $800+ a month. No controlled gate access and the washer & dryer is an extra $50 (not included) as stated in advertisement here.

I am pleased with the maintenance and leasing consultant/management. They take care of the tenants and are easily available when needed the apartments a great size for the the price and are the grounds and buildings are very well maintained.

The apartment is dark due to the very dark tinted glass in the sliding glass doors in the living room.I addressed this problem to the office but was told that it couldn't be changed.The model I was shown was not like this and mine is the only apartment in this building with these dark windows.Mold returns to the window frames after being cleaned with bleach. The screens are not tight.The floors are lumpy.And it is noisy.The pool is not kept clean.I may contact the health department.NOT RENEWING!

First, the office staff is always willing to answer questions or resolve any issues. Maintenance requests are resolved within a reasonable amount of time, depending on the priority. The grounds are maintained well, i.e., kept clean with grass and plants making the area attractive. Lastly, my experience in 1-1/2 years of residence here, I have had ( mostly) quiet neighbors. It's a good place to live for a retired person.

I have seen the community go down hill with the residents they are accepting. There is more loud music and negative activities going now than it was 2 years ago.
