    Person wasn't there when we went to see the property, then were informed that the rent was different than what was online. Didn't get to see the property, lady very clearly didn't want us there.

    The neighborhood is nice and quiet. All the residents I've encountered are either med students who keep their noses in books (no loud parties), military or families with small children. The office staff and maintenance staff are so friendly and GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to make you feel welcome and help with anything they can - I stay home all day with my 2 very small children and they certainly have gone the extra mile to help us when my husband was at work and we needed it.

    The apartment itself is a nice size and a comfortable living environment. However, I have had many issues with maintenance. My water heater broke on several different occasions. My air conditioning unit has also broken in the middle of July when I needed it the most. It also leaked causing the carpet to get soaked. The dishwasher has also broken and caused flooding underneath my carpet. I have had water damage in my bathroom because maintenance broke a pipe in the apartment above me. Roaches!

    I'm on the 1at floor, and I hear everything the upstairs apartment does. From walking, bathing, and even when they are in bed etc. Sounds like someone is moving furniture around it's so loud. Another issue is parking, residents should have assigned parking and guest have a designated area where there are no cars for them to park. The apartment s are dated old carpet, appliances, lanolium is stained. And also cars that aren't operational taking up space. Bldg 3.
