    The apartment yes no added amenities to accommodate the children that live a the complex (i.e. Playground)

    I have live here for about two years, and I have not had any issues. I have called maintenance for minor issues a couple of times, and the problems were fixed almost immediately. Overall I have no complaints.

    I've been a resident for going on four years now. While I have no complaints about my living space, I do however wish there was a playground for young kids to play on, or something useful made out of the old tennis court. Also I would be nice if there was space for a clubhouse. For the amount of rent there could be more amenites.

    Vintage creek apartment is in need of a remodel and much needed maintenance. There is a basketball court with no basketball goal. There is mold build up in the bathroom that have been painted over. The dish washer floods and the garbage disposal doesn't work half the time. There is a big pest problem from roaches and spiders.

    For the price I feel that there should be more amenities. I do not understand why the cost for this complex is constantly increasing when there a very few upgrades being made.

    I have rated average because, this is an old apartment complex and I have dealt with certain aspects of my apartment which are outdated. The faucets in the kitchen and the bathroom as well as the shower and tub needs to be replaced. Also, my clothes smell like cigarette smoke on many occasions and I don't even smoke. The cigarette smoke seeps into my apartment some kind of way and I have reported it. On the other hand, pest control needs to come more often because there are numerous spiders
