This place is hella crusty. Maintenance takes forever and a day to respond, half the time they don't take your requests seriously. The team they hire to work on repairs/move-outs is terribly underqualified. They will charge you for things that their poorly constructed buildings have created (leaks, pest control) while simultaneously not fixing the issues. The place was filthy when we moved in, too, so don't expect a clean unit when you come here. The only upside is that it's within walking distance to two schools and a dollar general.
