    PLEASE DON"T MOVE HERE! YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING IN LIFE! DUE TO FAULTY APPLIANCES, WATER HEATERS, OUTDATED THERMOSTAT AND MORE. MARCH 2018 GEORGIA POWER CAME TO DO AN AUDIT TO DETERMINE FAULTY WATER HEATER RAN BILL TO $900.00 SINCE NOVEMBER 2017. AUDITOR WENT IN OFFICE TO PRESENT USEAGE AND WATTS REPORT, LEASING OFFICE STATES THEY NEVER RECIEVED. HOWEVER THERE HAS BEEN NO COMMUNICATION AS FAR AS A REFUND YET. LIGHTS HAVE BEEN TURNT OFF TWICE. THERE IS ALWAYS AN EXCUSE LIKE BEING OUT OF COUNTRY FOR THE PERSON I NEED TO APPROVE REFUND. LEASING OFFICE CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH OWNER IS WHAT HAS BE TOLD TO ME SEVERAL TIMES. BuT IF AT ALL YOU DONT PAY RENT ON TIME, DUE TO THE FACT THAT CHROMA PARK OWES THE RESIDENT MONEY THEY WILL PUT AN UNPROFESSIONAL NOTE ON YOUR DOOR STATING THE MARSHALL'S ARE COMING TO REMOVE YOUR THINGS AND A $200.00 FINE ON TOP OF THE RENT. THE LOBBY IS UPDATED THO FOR A STAFF THAT NEVER DOCUMENT YOUR CONCERNS. THEN WHEN MAINTENANCE COMES IN MONTHS LATER TO REPAIR. THEN STATE THEY REPAIRED WINDOW SEAL WHEN THE REALLY REPAIRED WASHER ROOM WALL THAT HAS CAUSED LEAKAGE DOWN STAIRS. HOWEVER GO AFTER THE THINGS YOU DESERVE IN LIFE AND DON'T SETTLE FOR LESS. NOW I KNOW SO I WANTED TO SHARE.

    The toilet water comes out cleaner than the tap water in the kitchen and in bathtub! This place will send someone out to tape up a problem instead of spending the money to FIX the problems in your apartments. They took forever to open the pool it wasn't open until June because they signed up for inspection extremely late ! They are not the best at being too concerned about their residents comfortably and stress free ! They will throw old bills from previous months onto your current bill instead of making you pay according to the month . No matter what you still need fixed ASAP they'll need their rent on time regardless of what your still waiting to get fixed . I've also NEVER seen a worse parking situation! You literally CANNOT leave past 8pm if you want to keep a parking spot unless you don't mind having to park 2/3 buildings down ! If you want to live here with parking move in back of the complex ! It's so unfortunate that I have 9 more months of this lease and that the 4 I've been here have been SO UNPLEASANT.
