Great place to live except the noisy kids in the courtyard. Place allow them to make noise as though it were Read Morea playground

Amenities: pool, gym, etc. advertised and sold since 2016. Never provided. Rent was increased 10+% in 2018 upo Read Moren expectation of amenities still not delivered. I have no expectation they will be delivered.
Maintenance: requests through online portal are not responded to. Spent several days in June without AC, and several days in January without heat after requesting service through the online portal with no response.
Also, maintenance is generally poor. There is not scheduled maintenance on ac, air filters, tub, carpets, etc.
Both gates work maybe 50% of the time.

We're happy to report that our highly anticipated Clubhouse and amenity grand opening will occur in just a few short months. This includes the premium community amenities such as 24-hour package lockers, a fitness facility, resident lounge, and saline pool.
