After moving in I found the internet/TV access available was very limited,although after a couple of years this situation improved. I was not a fan of hearing the I-85 traffic in the morning on days off from work, and annoyed by the residents with loud sport cars who feel they have to drive like they are on a race track when leaving late at night. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Summer Park. Upon moving out expect a questionable list of damages with excessive charges.Same everywhere I am sure

Work orders were completed in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean prior to moving in.

I have lived in several apartments in and around Atlanta. This complex was clean, safe, and most importantly the best value for my money. I was able to have a 2 bedroom for the same price that I was paying for a 1 bedroom elsewhere while having all of the amenities that I wanted.
