    i have live at this residence for 3 years. The good**the maintenance staff is awesome ..very polite.. if you want your service done quickly request online. The office staff changes frequently. The apartments are also spacious. The Bad***The gate usually does not work and when it does it is usually for the people trying to exit the property. Potholes up and down the roadway. It also appears that to make some extra $$$ they have decided to tow non abandoned vehicles for minor infractions. Whatever you do please do NOT ask for the help of the new manager Antonio, who will use his newness as an excuse to follow-up with residents. 4 plus phone calls without a return.

    the management recently changed as of fall 2018 and the new management here is awful. they do not make the residents feel welcomed and are rude and not understanding. i sent my kids to pick up my package because i get off work at 8 and the office closes at 5. they demanded to see ID, and did not acknowledge the situation until one former manager recognized my daughter.

    This apartment complex used to be nice until they changed the management. The new management doesnt care about its tenants. I cant wait to give my 60 day notice. This apartment is falling apart and all they know to say is ohhh we are sorry but nothing is fixed?? So no thank you... theres plenty of other places to stay around.. I never realized how important a management can play a role in my decision of where to stay but you live and you learn! On to the next one!

    This place is too expensive for what it has to offer. The gates do not work and haven't worked for the past year. The office sent out a notice saying they would fix it but did not, but also sends out a notice saying we need to lock up, not to leave anything valuable in the car, not to leave the key under mat because of burglaries. Which is true we need to do that anyway, but they need to fix the gates as well...we pay for the service. The community laundry mat never had working appliances.
