The staff is so mean, problem with my stove since I start living here, almost 3 years and now they replaced it Read More for another one in worst condition but they said is just 3 years old the stove is good. Smelly, dirty and 2 burners not working but I have to deal with it, mold in the ceiling of the shower, since I got here any maintenance to the apartment, no paint any repair the carpet was old and with stains and the want it new now, we have to walk through the apartment we can not fly. So mad and disappointed. But my rent payment needs to be paid on time if not late fees

First three years renting, the two different management groups were good, or above average. The third mgmt gro Read Moreup was terrible. They cut office hours, eliminated services, and when they tried to raise my rent $100 per month, I had to leave.

The apartments are cheaper compared to others in the area but cheap means roaches, small apartments and poor v Read Moreentilation systems (HVAC)
Management could loose rent payments and there was also breakins.
The school district is what kept me there for the duration of my lease but when I was able to afford more I left. Would not recommend to a friend or would I return .
