Management is horrible. Theyd rather laugh in your face than solve your problems. So many problems went without being fixed even after multiple calls.

I was having trouble with the application process and the management team was supposed to provide assistance with this matter and it was not done. I have called and emailed the agent on duty and there still hasnt been a response.
