      Looking for section 8 housing in Union City GA to be closer to my job. But that residents puts me out of zone and out of zone for a bus zone for my job. Thank you but no thank you.

      My experience here at Ashford Stoneridge has been very pleasant especially haveing a wonderful staff member Mr. Corey Stowbrige . He is the go to person for anything that needed pertaining the apartments . He's very polite, understanding, and gets the job done. I will recommend my family and friends to experience such a friendly experience just ask for Mrs Stowbrige.

      Trash, poor maintenance, bug issues, unkept property. When Ventron owned the property i didnt have any issue. I wont be renewing lease. Not worth the money $1037 for 2/2.

      I will give 3 stars because the move in process was easy ! I love the size of the apartments but they over priced to me especially not being able to use the pool. My rent for a partial renovated 3 bedroom unit is 1,211 that includes trash, pest control and water. I experienced issues with my AC unit and as well as my breaker had some issues which was causing my light bill to sky rocket. I was treated like it was my fault when I had been complaining since May about it. But unfortunately I will renew my lease but next year I will be looking for a new place. It was ok when Vetron was over it but this new owner Asden Im not really feeling them to much. I was hoping that I wouldnt have to move for a while but it looks like I will have to. I forgot to mention they gave me $200 off my rent due to my light bill and I told them I was gone me late but still charge me a late fee.

      We moved here a few months ago and complained about roaches since day one. We have had to show prof of our rent every month because they would try to over charge us. The apartment also isnt up to date with its appliances and they consider us living in a upgraded unit. The dishwasher tilts forward when you open it. The handle on the refrigerator was screwed on, the burners on the electric stove are two different types and sometimes dont work properly. The dumpster is overflowing every day and there is an area in the back of the complex that is full of trash.
