Ive set up a viewing at their earliest convenience so I hope that I get in as soon as possible the pictures look nice

the switch management company now its st james place and i let them know my apt is infested with gnats out of no where and that i seen a rat and the told me to wait untill pest control come out next week im up to date on my rent and never had a problem untill recently and its like they dont care

Where to start! This place is absolutely horrible and it shouldn’t even still be standing. They don’t stand on business just take people money and are so unprofessional. They have no empathy for tenants that have been living there and when they fall on hard times they lack understanding and compassion! The tenants pay for all these amenities but yet there is none. The pool hasn’t been opened and stays dirty the kids playground is non existent and contaminated with open beer bottles and just filth. They never keep the property up . All they care about is collecting money and then putting people out that’s it. They don’t give you numbers to contact people to tell them what’s going on because it’s always someone over the person you speak with it’s always the minority hurting they own community. There’s been a whole unit that has been burned down for months you don’t see them tearing it down so you have to look at an eye sore it’s not welcoming and embarrassing. The pictures you see online are false narratives and really just a complete scam. There is no talking or trying to get any understanding from management because they disregard that you are human all they see are dollar signs. But it’s our dollars signs and us being tenants that keep them employed and their family’s taken care of. You think they would feel something and they don’t. People like them we pity because what has this world come to. They act like that those apartments are flats or mansions in downtown Atlanta and they are far from them. They raise rent because they treat their tenants poorly and try and make everyone else pay for their mess up. it’s best action to get this place shut down!!! A boycott is needed and the news needs to get involved to show all surrounding areas what crooks and corrupt people are actually behind the st. James place apartments in college park. Staff aren’t being reprimanded for the unprofessional behavior. They feel they are above the law and they play with people livelihood. But just as they all sit high and look low you can also be knocked down from the horse you all sit on remember that. You may all need someone to have understanding and then you all will remember the time you had the opportunity to do right by people and you didn’t. Karma is real and just because it hasn’t hit you all at this moment doesn’t mean it won’t! Because god sits higher!!!! And I give zero stars

They will tow your car with a parking pass they give you even if you have minor stuff going on with your vehicle (expired tag but with insurance, flat tires ..) expect you to get it done within 48 hours not knowing your hardships at the moment let alone rent is 1360 for a 2 bedroom. Thats not either here or there but they don’t reimburse you even if it makes you late for rent.Dont fix nothing on time you will be waiting months. Pet owners not a great place for all that money we paying for these pets to stay here too for the dog park to be a park its gated nothing to play with with no doors.

Ms Kwani was very helpful and excellent explaining how the process for renting works. And the prices for this area was very reasonable and affordable . I can't wait to live here very warm atmosphere 😍
