    Save your money and live somewhere else. New management is rude and unhelpful. Theyre increasing rent and not fixing any amenities. The dog park is not usable (holes in the fence, glass on the ground, poop everywhere). Most of the equipment in the gym is broken. One of the office workers speaks broken English and cant understand you half of the time. They dont care about their residents and thats why everyone is choosing to move as soon as their lease is up. Oh and they also lost a piece of paper that they insisted I put my social security number on with all of my other personal information.

    While you are paying the full rent for your 2 bedroom apartment you can overhear people are only paying $700 for theirs. I have no problem with people on government housing but the fact our rent is on the other end of the spectrum is annoying. If my rent gets increased annually for no reason then where does the money even go to? I have lived here for a year and they have not done any new renovations to have a reason to increase rent. Paying over $1100 a month just to hear kids scream and run upstairs while half my range in the kitchen doesn't even work sucks. I pay too much for things to break done and for management to not respond and call back asking if I could get a replacement.

    Office never answers the phone. When you get in touch with someone from the office, they can NEVER answer your questions, have attitude problems. Maintenance never attends to work orders. THIS PLACE SUCKS! I can't wait to move out of here.

    (Current Resident) This property is not owned by Greystone any longer the new management is rude and very argumentative The property its self has multiple break ins and the my neighbor was confronted by a resident about her parking with a gun she said management did nothing I am military I thought this was a great choice but Im moving as soon as possible

    As the other reviews have mentioned the walls are paper thin. I hear everything my neighbors do. New management has taken over and completely lacks common courtesy. Both office workers are rude and continue to be unhelpful. This management team has been running the complex into the ground. Plenty of better apartment options for the same or similar price. Stay away.
