Maintenance has a quick response time. Staff in front office is friendly. It is quiet where I live and not much noise.

It's a good place to reside with a couple of recommendations. Overall, its peaceful and quiet. Friendly neighbors with a lot of military and law enforcement personnel.

When we first moved onto the property in 2012, the up-keep of the property was nice and management would ensure the carpets were cleaned twice a year. The quality of neighbors was better and the overall upkeep of the property was clean. After new management, the quality of the property has gone down significantly. The entrance gate stayed broken as well as the garbage disposal. You can call the main office and unless you spoke to the property manager directly, information would go unattended and not passed on to the necessary individuals.
