I have lived here almost 9 months ( March 2019 ) and would give the apts an overall rating of 4. They are well built and very well insulated, being totally electric our bill has only been between $60.00 and $70.00 per mo. Our thermostat is set on 69 or 70 all the time heat or air. There are 2 of us and we run 1 load in the washer and dryer usually every other day with 2 loads about every 6 days. This is a one bedroom with 825 sq. ft. Friends that I have met, as well as myself agree we dont hear other peoples noise tvs, talking or radio when we are inside our apts, except occasionally for people in the breezeway. You will hear walking or things dropped on the floors if people live over you. All apts. have a washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a lot of closet space and even a locking outdoor closet on the patio. In my opinion the biggest downsides are that the play ground isnt much to brag about and really only suitable for toddlers to around age 8. There is nothing for older kids or teens to do except playing in the driveway / street. There is a small community room with a kitchen and computer center but it has never been made clear how and or when residents are to access these. These are apartments for those with low income, your income cannot be below or over a certain amount adjusted for number in family and apartment size.
