The people that live above me are constantly banging on the floor all day every day.the parking lot was repain Read Moreted and only one handicap parking space was repainted where there was two .I am handicapped and have a permit and people park there without permits.I have been promised new carpet for a year and I am going to resign for another year the carpet is worn out and there is a seam that is very visible since I moved in.I gave a poor rating because this apt is not worth what I am paying

My microwave is broken but works so the maintenance won't replace it, my washer only lets out warm water. (Not Read More cold), I've had bugs in my apartment for about a month now and they are giving me the hardest time getting rid of them. I even had to call corporate. My apartment flooded in may and they didn't replace the carpet correctly so ants got under the carpet, in the light fixture in the bathroom, they are coming out of the vents in the ceiling. It's ridiculous.

However, after our pest control company completed a thorough inspection and treatment of your home, it was determined that the small amount of ants found were not caused by your home's carpet. We are more than happy to address your home's washing machine and encourage you to submit a maintenance request at your convenience.
It's a very nice place to live. The units are kept updated and the grounds are well-maintained. The staff is v Read Moreery prompt and helpful.

Rates keep increasing every time one renew their lease. I can never refer anyone to Evergreen. Just can't wait Read More to move out. Started with $935 per month and after I renewed my lease, they increased it to over $1,000. That didn't make any sense to me and there was no reason why they decided to increase it.
