The apartment itself is really nice for the price. I do have bug issues but they offer pest control services. It can be quite loud/noisy outside but if you play your own music/TV, you'll barely notice it.

i wouldn’t apply here they said i was approved with conditions than told me i was not approved once my call went through they did not know who i was once i went in person the property manager wanted me to do extra steps to follow up with my application after they sent me the approval with conditions with multiple emails received saying it. she acted like she did not remember what happened and lied about the whole process i guess i put her in her feelings she couldn’t explain the reason of her actions. i will not apply again because she seems dishonest communication is horrible.

Stray cats aren't my issue, it's all the stray unsupervised kids that do not even live in this complex that drive me up the wall. I've never hated living somewhere more. We would've moved out at the end of our first lease but it was right in the middle of Covid. I've been here for almost two years now, we've been through 3 separate managers/landlords and the state of this complex has only gotten worse with each one. Marcus (current manager/landlord) doesn't even answer the phone, you can't leave a message, he's hardly ever in the office - even during business hours - and doesn't have an email set up for us to contact him (smart on his part because that way nothing is in writing, which helps him avoid legal consequences). He's consistently missing on the first of the month to collect rent, takes hours long lunch breaks when he does show up. Clearly in WAY over his head. No online payment anymore, even though it was in our lease to have that amenity. The gate is broken every other day from the amount of people who live here who aren't on a lease. ROACH INFESTED no matter HOW MUCH WE CLEAN. The pool has not been open in the entire 2 years we've been here. The hoard of unmasked kids are without supervision most of the time, which results in a trash filled complex and banshee screaming outside my door from the time I wake up until I lay my head down at night (and usually after that too). We've brought up each of these concerns with management when we're graced with his presence, but nothing's changed. He even has the gall to ask my husband "things getting better with the kids?" in front of what look like investors, contractors, etc, damn well knowing he hasn't done a thing to address it. A few days ago, the mail carrier told me he could not deliver a package to my house because the sheer amount of kids on my stoop. I DON'T HAVE ANY KIDS! Nor do these kids have an ounce of respect for ANYONE, let alone me asking them if they can keep it down, wear a mask, or let my mailman deliver mail. I attempted to call Marcus for several HOURS to ask why he has yet to address the unsupervised children playing Lord of the Flies in the complex - no answer, which has finally brought me to my breaking point. Things have ONLY GOTTEN WORSE, MARCUS. I wouldn't believe for a SECOND these likely paid for "I see the changes coming" reviews from accounts who've NEVER left a review anywhere else before. I LIVE HERE, I DON'T SEE A POSITIVE CHANGE- IT'S ONLY GOTTEN WORSE! THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. As of today's phone call ( a miracle, he answered on the second call) he has no intention of changing anything, told me it's up to tenants to make the community better. Also a child was SHOT in my unit before we moved in. This place is TERRIFYING. DO NOT MOVE HERE

This property is just another money hungry bunch of scam artists! they have an attitude anytime you walk in and ask a question. They are rude and always have a smart remark. If I'm paying my rent, you shouldn't be mad, I complain about things that haven't been fixed and I've been here for a year. The Maintenace man starts jobs and doesn't come back to finish! Spends most of his time in one women apartment, that is unprofessional I've been waiting on two things for almost three weeks! I try to be understanding because of the shortage of help but I'm sick of the attitudes and the neglect to my home! I'm really not asking for half the things I really need worked on I try to do most of it myself!!! Now let's see they attitudes after this!!

I love this complex. They are so sweet and so professional, and the new management is a breath of fresh air. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Great place to live.
