They got rats and bugs wholes in the structure my bathtub has mold every were they wanted to charge me to come fix it but it's they fault the cheap paint was cracking bad it looked like they painted over mold to begin with plus they over priced really do hate it her.

Office staff are very unprofessional overall living experience horrible I've had at least two rats small things like window screens are missing was told they couldn't issue me any because they no longer order them mind you I'm a need resident. I've had a leaking sink that jus got repaired its been 3 months. Missing medicine cabinet doors in master bathroom . Missing door in bathroom lining closet. Floor is coming up in several area in house. Patio door doesn't lock properly.

The buildings are old, but the office staff is helpful and maintenance is always quick to fix things.
