    For the amount of money that they charge you would think they would have the apartments completely ready for people to move in

    Since moving in last fall (September 2018), my living experience at Ashford Walk has been average. Some apartment fixtures that I think should be standard are lacking; and the rent amount I'm paying for for the 1BR should include some amenities (I.e., ceiling fans). My main issue with the complex was that they neglected refurbishing the balcony and the adjoining storage space.

    Ashford Walk is a great community. The office staff is really friendly and the maintenance is great. They keep the complex looking beautiful. The apartments itself are really nice. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live.

    Property is well kept. Management Team cares about their residents. They work hard to ensure the residents live in a clean and safe environment.

    Ashford Walk is a nice apartment complex. I enjoy living here. The staff is really nice. The apartments are spacious and all for a good rental rate. The complex is close to almost everything and its good that its near all the highways. There is little to no noise and the complex is very quiet.
