We moved in 3 yrs ago and the owners at the time suppose to have clean the carpet and apartment. The carpet ha Read Mored & a long list was sent & given to office. Minor repairs was done via maintenance Troy was great for getting repair when I requested. But, when the management changed the maintenance crew changed and we had to wait on repairs especially if the office assistant or Deborah forgot to write it down for them to know. The hall ways are always dirty, The residents put out trash before time and stray cats come in get into trash plus the gates are always open and no security is ever found when you need them. The maintenance man have to do their job because they sat they are not available or off property. The pools are ok. the amenities are ok ,except they removed the grills and now charge us for gas for grills we don't have anymore then we were told they are a few still on property that we are being charged for OMG! There are people that have grills on their balcony but, office never enforce rules for them or Dog owner that don't pick up dog pooh . The place has many things needing upgrades. they just called in the Big dogs a couple of weeks ago. Thing are suppose to be getting down. After 3 yrs. now they want to give us up grade after raising rent $70. ea. yr.& Extermination fees go up even if they never spray unless you request.or trash delivered/picked up. If it had not been for Troy the maintenance mgt. piking up trash who would the best one we had with consistency & timely pickup . They need to step up to the plate and do more then just show apt. have seen Office help this past few months racing in the carts for show the apt, OMG! is that professional and now they hiring temp maintenance help. So, just tell you a little about Overlook and maybe you get a deal coming in but, they are going to ma truly not that bad if they fix it up. Be sure you pay the percentage as I was told via Deborah to highest amount. Move in at your own digression . S70 & up . JJ

Overlook offers great ammenities like 2 pools, grills, dog park, and my favorite, trash pickup 5 nights a week Read More at your door. With that being said, I was very dissapointed with a few things at Overlook. For one, the gates never seem to be closed which allow for anyone to get whenever they want. I had to call maintenance for many things and there are some office employees that have a hard time remembering to submit your request which leaves your with having to call many times.

They had a their steal my rent money order, with other tenants as well, and accused me of not paying anything Read Morein the first place. Just two months later the rates changes for late fees with a management change. Highly disfunctional and ukprofessional on so many levels. Its a nice property but the personnel was not professional what so ever.
