Run run run not worth money no maintenance Id give it zero stars no customer service turn rate out this world they change management every 2 months $600 water bills high rent

The most important part is being able to apply to a property because it has updated pricing in the first place it is very difficult Applying for places being 100% disabled retired military it would be great if the prices were updated theres about a $400 difference in charges

If I could give them a negative 10 for what they charge In rent is ridiculous no trash pickup forget about maintenance ur on ur own roaches crawling everyone they dont ever pickup the phone so when u go to the office its all Ill take care it and they fogey you even came in dont waste ur time or money run run run run

After reading all the reviews I wish I knew all of this sooner! I got a move in date, paid my deposit, only to find out the apartment wasn’t even ready. But she still takes me to view the apartment and boy ol boy it’s infested with roaches, it was a bag of trash just sitting in front of the door, it just screamed filthy. I knew then i made a huge mistake. I don’t see how that apartment passed any inspection. This isn’t the way I’m trying to live period! This complex really is a rip off when they already knew it was infested with roaches and knew it wasn’t ready for move in. I’m so pissed because I should have done my research sooner.

I’m in the process of moving from Ohio to Georgia and I called because I saw this place online. They have been so helpful to me. They have called me checked on me. Help me fill out My application and all I need to do to get approved The staff is phenomenal. The facility is absolutely gorgeous. I can’t wait to move Thank you so much for all your help

I came to the property a few months ago. Whenever I have any issues either with my unit or the community, Kenyell took care of my family and I promptly. She and Lamonta get the job done and are forthcoming with information and updates.

I moved here last September and under the old management they were not very attentive.But I have to say the new management is excellent they care about us.when I have maintenance issues they are there right away to get it taken care of. The management team are very pleasent.I would recommend this as a good place to live. its close to school and shopping. Please check out the management Team Ask for Brittany
