    I loved my apartment, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Any time repairs were needed, the staff responded promptly. The residents in the apartment complex I lived in were like a small community of our own. We all did activities together. The view of the lake from my deck was awesome.

    Edgewater Apartments had reasonable prices. But the management was very deceiving. We had to give immediate notice that we were leaving. Aware that we were unable to give a two month notice as stated in the contract, we expect to pay during that notice regardless. After giving a mailing address to bill us, they ended up mailing it to the apartment where we no longer live. They were aware of the situation, and sent it straight to collections. Had to go to court and fight it, ended up winning.

    Complained to office multiple times about tenant's dog on balcony above mine that defecated there every day. Always defecating from above. The Air Conditioner was loud and woke me in the night when it came on. The carpet was old and filthy.
