Our maintenance crew here is amazing.. my air conditioner went out a month ago so they replaced the whole inside unit. It was working wonderful but unfortunately the heat kill the outside unit. This happened yesterday after hours. We got a call back within 15 minutes maintenance was trying to pinpoint the problem. Once he realized the whole unit needed to be replaced he brought me a window unit so we wouldn't be hot. Both times they offered me a window unit so we could be as comfortable as possible while they were able to get the new parts. Right now less than 24 hours later. I am nice and cool. I am so thankful for these guys and their hard work. I'm glad we pick this complex to live in. :)

Safety concerns and in need of upgrades on the outside of buildings. Playground is completely falling apart and haven't been able to use since day one. Kitchen cabinets need to be upgraded badly.

I like the interior of the apartment but the outside looks dirty and there are hornets nests everywhere. The Landscaping is good and the gym is useful. The business center does not allow printing and the computers are very slow. Overall, I like my apartment.

Parking is terrible, sometimes you get a spot in front of your building then other times(most times) you basically have to hike 3 buildings away in the middle of a thunderstorm or with groceries to your apartment building because even though you have only one car you still can't manage to find a spot. Also, was out of town one time came back to a maintenance note on door which wouldn't have been a problem if they had called first. Carpets weren't replaced and smell terrible since move in.

I am overall happy with my experience. The only thing I don't like is the apartment advertises the hot tub which is Not open. I picked this complex because of the hot tub not the fitness center. I am excited about utilizing the pool this summer.
