Compared to all the places I have stayed this apartment was the best. I barely had any maintenance calls.. Ev Read Moreerything was well kept.

The experience that I had with Griffin Crossings was average because of the lack of interpersonal skills of th Read Moree employees. I did not feel like a valued customer.

Every year since I moved the rates have increased, without any improvements to the apartment.

Unhappy with the water bill pricing. Has been recently changed based on how many bedrooms you have rather tha Read Moren how many people per apartment. No matter if it's one person or eight people in a 2 bedroom apartment you will pay the same amount. Would be better if we had separate meters and be charged a residential rate rather than a business rate.
Also, prices change daily which means someone could move in and get their rent $100 cheaper than what you're paying now for same amount of bedrooms.
