Riverstone Apartments

April gave us a tour of what could be our new apartment home. I loved the apartment and community! April was so very nice and helpful with all my questions! I think what I loved the most besides what our new apartment could look like for us was how welcoming April and the rest of the staff are!

We gave our notice and have to move out of state but if we ever return, we will be coming back to Riverstone for sure.

I scheduled time to come into the community to tour a one-bedroom. The staff (I forget her name) member was so sweet and helpful.

I really liked this place. My only problem is a lack of storage space. I am looking for storage space in my apartment. Other than that, it is a really nice place.

I have called in so many noise complaints on my up stairs neighbors. They have no respect for people around them. I don't like calling them neighbors. They run-stomp fall on the floor all day long. The kids and the Parents. I can understand the kids playing, but they sound like they trying to stomp hole in the floor, maybe break out of prison since they never go outside and play.I promise if the fall through the ceiling, I will put them outside my door without any medical attention. This I ridiculous. You complain, nothing happens. They tell you to call the courtesy officer. The courtesy officer is a CatFish. The staff probably dont know the courtesy officer. Either live on the third floor or go find a townhouse or a house to rent. I pay to much to not live in peace. This is not common apartment noise. They know what they are doing.

I currently live on the property. Going on my 3rd year. I love the place, the staff, and the neighbors are nice.This is sure and opportunity for those looking for a nice safe place to live. Everything is within walking distance. love the interaction.I could tell you about the built of the property, but I think I will give the staff a chance to hear my concerns as they did not build the units, but I would sue the contractors for such lousy workmanship.

I have lived here since June 2023. The apartment itself is nice and I was happy to be there at first. It didn’t take long for the office to be unprofessional or rude when we had simple questions. If we went to the office in person we were greeted with eye rolls and unnecessary attitude. Recently, we had to submit a complaint in person regarding our downstairs neighbor smoking in their apartment, the smell was coming up the apartment and into ours near the utility closet. This was causing our belongings and clothes to smell like cigarettes and I am 7 months pregnant so the second hand smoke was causing horrible nausea. I thought this issue was addressed when my husband went in person to inform the office of this issue, they were attentive and made us feel heard at the time and explained this is a lease violation and will be taken seriously. We followed up at the end of the week and they accused us of lying and not actually submitting any sort of complaint regarding this situation even though we did, then they went ahead to let us know that tenants can smoke on the balcony. We know this and hadn’t had a problem when the neighbor was smoking on the balcony, it was when we suspected they were smoking inside that we became frustrated. This has happened numerous times when we have called or went to the office to ask questions, where the office was rude and did not listen to what we had to say. It was our first apartment living in Georgia and we are honestly looking forward to moving next month.

We lived here for 9 very long months. We had problems from the very first moment. On move in day we were told our apartment was not ready, we had just driven from WA state and had our dog and no where to go. Told to “come back later it might be ready”. We were also told that we would have a credit applied to our account for this which never happened. When we were finally allowed to move in the apartment was DIRTY. Things were left in cupboards, the floors were covered in dirt, and for some reason the doorframes were sticky. When we complained they said they would send someone to clean and they never did this either. Among the long list of complaints -maintenance was rude and unresponsive. On one occasion the main maintenance worker yelled and cussed at my husband calling him stupid for not understanding what fence he would like our moving truck to fit through after he tried to explain that the truck did not fit through the main gate. -our apartment flooded while we were gone and when we asked them to help they left us with standing water under the floors and a fan to dry it out. For a last a week when we stepped on the floor water would come out of the cracks. -we had electrical problems with the breakers that we were told was our fault and they would not fix. Finally after weeks of unanswered calls they send an electrician that told us we were right and the breakers were “the cheapest option and almost always break” - the grounds were constantly flooded -the gate was constantly broken -the bulk internet we were forced to participate in went down at least once a month for almost a day at a time - they upheld a strange policy of group punishing tenants by raising new charges for inconvenience caused by other tenants such as smoking near building or not cleaning up after pets. In our opinion paying pet rent and cleaning up after our own pet we should not be getting an attentional $40 charged to everyone. -the valet trash was not optional and unreliable. The list goes on and on but I will leave it at that. Would not recommend to anyone I know.

I have lived here for about 5 months and love it. Lucy, Jazmine, and Ashley are all so helpful and attentive. The maintenance supervisor is always willing to help and they’re very attentive as well. He was able to help me Saturday even though he was off! Love living here, the privacy and greenery all around the complex is a plus! Very close to stores and restaurants!

Upon approaching these apartments my first thought is that they were beautiful, clean and the staff is friendly! I toured with Ashley (leasing agent) and she was such a pleasure to work with! She puts her all in her tours, very informal and responds very quickly with updates!She definitely sold the apartments in the best way. I didn’t even care to look at any other apartment complex. Unfortunately my orders changed and I’m PCSing to another state but had I stayed here these would definitely be the apartments for me!

I’ve been in a horrible nightmare: Air conditioner was broken for three months I’ve had a horrible insect a problem My oven didn’t have any oven racks My neighbors, Got into several physical fights, and nothing was done about it. A disgrnnal employee got my personal number and try to get me to lie for him. And the staff is unkind and shows no empathy.

My husband and I had been trying to tour an apartment with them since last month. With my first baby due in 3 months , I thought this was a place where I wanted to start my family . We’ve both called , left voicemails and emailed them …. Since last month and have yet to receive any type of response . We have also drove over there 3 different times on 3 different days and the office wasn’t open each time. It’s really disappointing. How can u expect anyone to answer you while you live there when they can’t even answer someone who’s trying to apply.
