Terrible thats all I gotta say

I stopped to look the apartments because I'm currently in the market for a new home but this place looks horrible. This is not the place for me.

The property itself looked very run down and doesn't appear to be maintained very well on the outside. From the street I could see torn mini blinds and the grounds weren't kept up

This place is disgusting!!!!!! Health inspection need to pay them a visit. Roaches and rats infested. NASTY.. NASTY..NASTY!!!They even get in your refrigerator. Trash depository smell horrible. Trash piled outside around trash depository at any given time. Office staff including maintenance are all insufficient . The only time you see them in the office is around rent time. Any other time they dont bother about answering the phone. You have to keep calling. Apartments are not well maintained. I would not recommend anyone live there. Go by check it out before you commit. If possible, try to visit inside one of the properties. The pictures online needed to be updated. The complex does not look that way now. Not even close. They have the nerve to include a fee for pest control in your rent. Oh... they post signs outside the rental office when rent is due...like you dont know. How tacky is that!!

I have been working with Emily who is patient and kind. Answers all of my questions even if they don't make since. I will be moving in and look forward to the great experience. :)

It takes forever to get damages fixed after multiple calls

I’ve been living here almost 4 yrs now. I’ve seen different management come and go. The management and owners here now are really trying to make a difference and they have in the short period of time that they’ve been here. I am happy with the changes that have been taking place.

Do NOT move here. Don’t even waste the time or money to apply. This was my first apartment and I am truly traumatized. The roaches were the WORST I have ever seen in my life, no matter how much you clean it does not help anything. My living room flooded every single day for months, not even with water, but with red, yellow, orange, and even purple liquids that brought hundreds of gnats and stunk horribly. Ruined my living room furniture and ultimately made my living room uninhabitable. The kitchen was small and overly run down. Underneath the sink hosted roaches, broken pipes, the oven door was broken and did not open or close properly. AC/HEAT did not work upstairs at all which led to extremely high heating and cooling costs . Management is money hungry and rude and does not address concerns. Several shootouts happened while I lived here, as well as domestic altercations at all hours of the night. Roaches are even outside in the grass. Whole complex needs to be demolished.

This is the most ghetto and ratchet place to move to I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless bum I filled out an application online and and it was 50 dollars plus and 150 admin fee I paid it and I went to look at the property it was offensive to think I would’ve stayed there trash stacked so high it’s falling out the bin doors and blinds damaged abandoned apartments with boards in the windows And then I called and asked for my money back I’ve been waiting now for 2 weeks or more for a refund from amber but they have the right one Wednesday it will be a civil suit against them I will get my money back one way or another

This place is infested with roaches, and rats . Trash on the side of the buildings or around the dumpster. Police is always around due to drug activities and someone broke into my house... The office management don’t communicate with each other.

They are the worse townhouses to live in. They never answer the phone in the office. They are never in the office during regular business hours. They do not complete maintenance requests.

fix the rat and roach problem.fix maintence problems in a tinemy manner.don't say you will fix a maintenance problem and don't fix it.

Unprofessional, poor maintenance service, unworthy rates, poor emergency responds and deceiving because once they get you moved in everything else is on you. There is no central air and the heat does not work upstairs.
