I pay 67 dollars for my water bill and now they are charging 87 dollars for a one bedroom flat rate. I am refe Read Morerring to the new company that has taken over(Parc@980). They are already making changes that is overpriced.

This mgt is nonsense, the whole place is crazy, rent keeps going up and up, gates have been broken for over a Read Moreyear and they cant fix it. I have been requesting for a front door to be changed over a year now because my door does not close and lock at ease. Everyday I hear one story or the other. Please for your sake do not rent this apartments there are better places for the same price. I live here and been here actually because I hate moving, but will be moving at end of the current lease.

The apartment was poorly maintained. It was apparent that several surface, cosmetic repairs had been made to s Read Moreimply cover more costly, significant repairs that should have been done but were not. I had to threaten to vacate the apartment before anyone would take me seriously. Management did not properly manage the property. This complex had a lot of potential if only it was properly managed.
