I love this unit, the apartaments are spacious, confortable, Ive been living for about 2 years and remodeled kitchen elements like Stone, fridge, dishwasher; in addition to fans, lamps, bathroom accessories in all apartments and locations; I like the security, the attention and diligence in the service, they always care about meeting the needs of us residents.

Stay away! Hidden fees and unresolved service issues. Lived here for 1 year and had a service request for a leaking sink that never got resolved. On move out we left a week before our lease ended and turned in our keys. They charged us 600$ in early termination fees because we turned in our keys before the last day of our lease. No where was this policy expressed or explained to us. Managment did not return calls or emails when we tried to contact them. I got a call from a collection agency saying we owed the fee still after paying the fee and sending it certified mail. Tried to contact the manager (Darcie) numerous times throughout the day, each time recieving a run around (similar to my original review). Eventually I had to get a family member who still lived in the area to go to the front office to confront them. They still had our payment in the sealed envelope with our payment which they had for almost 2 week. So they were going to impact pur credit for something they had all along and refused to get in touch with us to resolve the issue until someone was up in their face.So to reiterate do not lease with these people, they are crooks who will stress you out instead of communicating with you.

Flat water bill rate is ridiculous plus they charge for sewer, garbage disposal,valet trash fees extra !!

I pay 67 dollars for my water bill and now they are charging 87 dollars for a one bedroom flat rate. I am referring to the new company that has taken over([email protected]). They are already making changes that is overpriced.

This mgt is nonsense, the whole place is crazy, rent keeps going up and up, gates have been broken for over a year and they cant fix it. I have been requesting for a front door to be changed over a year now because my door does not close and lock at ease. Everyday I hear one story or the other. Please for your sake do not rent this apartments there are better places for the same price. I live here and been here actually because I hate moving, but will be moving at end of the current lease.

The apartment was poorly maintained. It was apparent that several surface, cosmetic repairs had been made to simply cover more costly, significant repairs that should have been done but were not. I had to threaten to vacate the apartment before anyone would take me seriously. Management did not properly manage the property. This complex had a lot of potential if only it was properly managed.
