I love living here because the grounds are amazing and the apartments are very spacious. The maintenance staff Read More is fast and resolve request very quickly. The staff is absolutely AMAZING!!! Jillian is the AWESOME she is very with her respones and gets the job done!! Jillian loves her job and you can always feel that when working with her...I have lived here for over 3years and wouldn't change it for the world.

As I look over the reviews posted, it's clear to see that opinions vary based upon personal experiences. It's Read Moreclear to me that several of the dissatisfied reviews have to do with Corporate policy, and nothing to do with the facility staff. On the other hand, there are reviews that reflect on the office staff. Therefore, I will base my review on my personal experience.I have yet to experience a time when Jillian did not do all that she could to accommodate me and address my concerns in a very professional manner. I will go as far as to say that she at times went beyond, and helped out when I was out of the country, and could not address matters that needed to be taken care of. Customer service is difficult and can be very taxing. I am of the opinion that we have a friendly and supportive staff. I do understand also, that we all have our days when we may be a little short with others; let's give the same allowances to others.

Im so pleased with the management and their helpfulness, along with the upgraded amenities throughout the enti Read Morere complex! Its beautiful, in an ideal location, and decently priced! Im recommending it to other friends as well!

Apartaments are decent. However, management is horrible. They will try to keep your deposit. They are reall Read Morey nice at first but than they are very rude and disrespectful. Jillian is not nice, dont let her fool you. Keep copies of everything and take pictures before amd after. Always do the walk through with them because they will accuse you falsely to keep your money.

I had a very specific criteria of what kind of apartment i wanted and they gave me availability of one apartme Read Morent with moving date after a week. I paid the application fee and asked my movers to deliver my furniture & stuff on that day to the apartment. But 3 days later they sent an email saying that moving date will be changed by 3 days. I went to leasing office and asked if they can provide me an alternate apartment for 3 months & then I can move into the apt as per my specification as there were no other apartment with my specification at that time. They said they can't do 3 month lease. Considering that i will have to pay for rescheduling my movers & additional hotel days I went ahead and booked apartment in another community. Since then I have been requesting to refund my application fee of $250 as it was their fault to not provide me an apartment on time, i was even ok to have a temporary apartment for the time being. They have even stopped responding to my emails now.
