Cobblestone Apartments

When I first moved her about 11 years ago everything was great. The people in the office now doesn't care at about about the residents. I've been here a long time and this is my first time not knowing anyone in the office. Cause you go in to talk to them but they claim the manager is busy, They go up on your rent every year but don't wanna upgrade anything in the apartment. I must say the maintenance guys are awesome. They work so hard. This use to be a great place to stay but it have went terribly down. hopefully they can get it together soon. Stop raising people rent and don't want to do any upgrades to the apartments.

If you never heard back from them be thankful. The indoor pool they brag about isn't open, you can only swim if the office is open. I get with COVID it was closed but now they should open. I love the maintenance guys they are nice, but be prepared to wait months before they fix anything. They keep raising the rent $75 a year. I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling for months, then they fixed the leak and left the hole for another 2 months.

Tiene mucho que ver la manera en que vives .,si somos limpio no cabera ni un solo animal .,si eres sucio obviamente., los animales van sobre la puercada ., oh sobre el sucio ., yo aquí vivo y en mi apartamento no hay ningún animal ., también viven otras familias mías y no tenemos ese tipo de problemas ., el problema que tenemos ahorita es que están robamdo mucho ., pero para eso existen las cámaras 📷 a mi me encanta mi apartamento

This place has RATS/ROACHES/LIZARDS. The roaches are pinky length the rats are 4+ inches long. My experience here was unbearable. Drunken tenants on right side and domestic violence on left side. Management was totally dismissive of the above issues. I kept complaining of the roaches and rats I recieved a notice of lease non renewal. I wasn't going to renew lease anyway. This complex is run down and a disgust. Please dont move here. This place is a rip off.

Cobberstone Apartment on Pat Mel Road in Marietta. The worst place to live they have rats roaches is really bad maintenance. Do not answer their phone call at all they do not fix the place to live in situation. Another big problem is they have plumbing problems in the apartment everyone apartment have issue with plumbing problem, and when you call the office, they do not answer the phone are when they finally answer you they have attitude regarding the problem you’re trying to report to them. They quit to put paper at your door for late rent payment but not quick to fix the problem in your apartment . And most of their apartment people complain with their hot water heater. We have a problem with heat AC and mold throughout the whole house. Worst place to live.
