After searching for an apartment we thought we found a great place, and when it was Arium 41, it was, then pin Read Morenacle/Element took over and it has been nothing but trouble. They stopped doing pest control so there is a terrible cockroach infestation, think waking up to find them on your body in the middle of the night. They don't install appliances properly, to the point where our dishwasher fell OUT OF THE WALL, come to find out, the maintenance guy just didn't feel like screwing in the screws for the mount. Finally, they installed new thermostats that as of now only blow hot air, and residents who didn't realize this ended up with apartments with temperatures of 80+ because they were just being filled with hot air, this is bad enough, but when residents called to complain, they were told maintenance would not be there because it was raining and dark! Try to live ANYWHERE else!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place was nothing but a nightmare. I understand that no place is ideal and you will hav Read Moree problems anywhere you live. The doors take almost no force to break open. I know because when I got robbed there, my door was kicked in. I had black mold THREE different times, and they were all because of the apartment above me had leaking pipes. Every time I was promised it was fixed, and then it came back twice. Both my dishwasher and stove were broken and had to be replaced. The air conditioning unit from the apartment above me was leaking and caused severe water damage to my apartment. The water was leaking into my bedroom from the ceiling. The water went under the wall and got under the carpet in my living room. I had a table in the living room where the water was sitting. The table stained the carpet because it had been sitting on the wet carpet for so long.
Despite all of this and the lack of the office responding to any messages or requests, I did not want to write a review of the apartment complex because I understand things happen and it is no one's control. However when I was finally able to move out of the apartment, they charged me with the damage to the carpet. There was a bleach stain from the carpet cleaner company that tried to clean the stains. The carpet guy said he would talk with the office about doing a patch job on the carpet and removing it. But once again there was no communication at the office. Even though the water came from the unit above me because of leaking pipes, I am being charged with the damage.
The complex is a joke and I would seriously consider looking anywhere else for a place to live.

Been here for 5 weeks. They show you a beautiful apartment. You sign the lease and take you to the one you ren Read Moreted. What a dive! Paint peeling in cabinets.Towel bars falling off,shower bars loose,patio door won't roll,downstairs dryer blowing into our laundry room. I can go on and on! Maintenance has yet to do any repairs.They call about the rent the day it is do. Not happy! Will not recommend to anybody! Very mismanaged property!

I was very satisfied with the speed in which all my concerns were addressed. The customer service here isn't e Read Moreasily found elsewhere (something I am painfully aware of). I thought about moving back to Bexley but my dog is too big for their complex.
