The apartments are not worth moving into to. Apartments so outdated. There are infestations of roaches. Nothin Read Moreg gets fixed. Beware and look elsewhere.

This neighborhood has gone downhill. The community was much better when Aspen Square was the property managem Read Moreent company. The rental office customer service was way better with Aspen Square, and there was as many noise disturbances. It just seems like there have been a lot of seedier characters becoming tenants here. I tried to give the current management a chance, but this may be my last year as a tenant because of how much this community has changed.

I lived there 3 years. I experienced a mill-dewed apartment for months and suffered congestion. They also refu Read Moresed to give me my security back when i moved 2 mon ago saying i damaged the apartment. That is a lie. I am a senior on a fixed income and had the carpet cleaned and the stove cleaned which was monies out of my pocket. there was only normal ware and tear. only 1 cracked electrical plug. they also charged me $50 for 1 day late in three years and there office was closed for a 3-day holiday.

The space for the price is terrific, but I was afraid I was going to fall through my fl Read Moreoor to the apartment below because you could feel breaks and dips in the floor, and furniture in certain spots would tilt indicating that the floor was not level.
