I have lived in this apartment community since February of 2012. I have had it, as soon as my lease is over I Read Morewill be moving and doing and saying any and everything possible to deter any one else from moving over here. Today was the last straw for me. I place a maintenance request for my kitchen because the sink is clogged, and the garbage disposal is not working. It is so bad that we cannot use the dishwasher or wash the dishes by hand. The water is stinking so bad that my apartment smells horrendous. I placed this maintenance request a week ago and no one has come to fix it. I called this morning regarding the same issue and Randy at the front desk says to me, very rudely, "They handle all emergencies first and they will get to you when they get to you." I understand that emergencies get handled first but you're telling me that this complex has had nothing but emergencies for a whole week, so no one could come fix my sink. Also, the second half of that statement says "they will get to you when they get to you" which means at their leisure. When they feel like it. Unacceptable.I have endured many thin My air conditioning does not work. If my AC worked I wouldn't have to have window units in my apartment but I do and why because the air conditioning does not work.The electrical wiring in my apartment is also crappy. .This is the worst apartment ever with horrible customer service.

Mislead during lease signing. Poorly kept units. Maintenance team is a joke. Leasing office staff is basically Read More useless, and persistently rude. Do not return calls, emails or service requests.

I've lived here for 3 years and my experience has been good, this past year the New Management has gone above Read Moreand beyond to make the appearance of the complex look like home. It's not ALL about Management but I as a resident must have clean moral values about my home!

Horrible pool maintenance and closed half of the summer. Regular maintenance doesn't respond quickly and repa Read Moreirs are not done correctly the first time. Mangement does not enfocre their own community rules.

They management is poor; responses to maintanainance issues take forever to be addressed despite saying that t Read Morehey have a 48hr response policy. In some instances, it has taken over a month to have a maintainance gut to come in for repair. Their addres to coachroach situation is wanting. The pest control people they are using are doing a lousy job, even after raising issues with management, i have not gotten anywhere am walking, sleeping and sitting with roaches. Dog wastes is all over the place.
