The rent is reasonable, but it has gone up from what I was paying and the amenities have not greatly improved. Read More No work out facilities, no vast improvements on the wash facilities.

I had a pleasant stay at The Crossings the apartment was nice, the staff was great. They sponsed different eve Read Morents for the residents and the staff did everything possible to make me feel safe and a part of the residential family.

I lived at this complex for 2 years. The 1st year was ok after about 6 months of living there. That's when t Read Morehe neighbors from the place below the ground moved in. They would play loud music and have a barking dog outside for hours. I complained to leasing office management. And it appears to have fell on deaf ears. They should screen the people they let in the apartments and I did not feel safe.

In August of 2011, I told the apartments manager that I would be moving out of at the end of November due to t Read Morehe fact that I was being deployed to Afghanistan. I asked if I had to put the notice in writing. The manager stated that I did not have to put the notice in writing and that he would take care of everything. When it came time for me to move out, the manager said that I would not get my security deposit back because I had not written a formal notice of vacancy. I did not get my deposit.
