Local Reviews

Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to local grocery store and small strip mall. County park close by that provides walking trails, playground, covered shelters. Locally owned vegetable and fruit stand.

I love that we have a gym and pool on-site. I love that we have a lake. I love how friendly everyone is.

I like our neighbors who also look out for each other. I also like the location of our neighborhood as well. I am also very happy that we have an HOA to keep the community nice looking.

It's quiet and near good schools. There is a decent local ice cream store that we love. Its close but not too close to retail.

It is quiet. Plenty of local business. I have a pond on my land that provides plenty of recreations. I can sleep quietly at night. Most of all my neighbors are good people

Quiet, friendly and small are the three things I love most about my neighborhood. The people who live in my neighborhood are all friendly npeople who seem to be mostly middle to lower class income levels.
