Hampton Point

Ok, we have been in our apartment since July and since then our stove, plumbing, air vent in the bathroom, my master bathroom tube, the drawer in my kitchen, the repeat spider bites in my face and my son's side, my mailbox, and my A/C has been down for now 2 months. I have emailed corporate, I even have over 10 open tickets for maintenance, and I have emailed the property manager. So far nothing but lies. Maintenance will come, after I go sit in the front office, to fix it only to make things worse every time. I'm at my wits end because its cold in my apartment and I'm being told to use my emergency heat but that's not working. Help!!!

I would like the office to stay open an extra thirty minutes on the 1-3rd of each month. It's difficult wading through traffic to make it to the office. Every month I have to leave work early to pay rent. Either do that or get drop box.

Communication is horrible with the office to the residents. I have lived here for nearly 5 years ONLY out of the desire to not pack everything up or look for another place. Although maintenance requests EVENTUALLY get done I have had two different requests that took literally a month to get done and that was with no stop calling to the office to check on the status of my request. On top of that I was promised to have all the issues fixed if I renewed my lease...never happened. SMH

Like my apartment but have has some issues

March 2015, I will complete six years living in this community. I have seen many management teams come and go. The current management team that is know in place, has made and continue to make lots of positive improvements.

I moved from out of State, signed lease over the internet. When I moved in I had no running water in the tub, stove knob missing, kitchen drawer missing, fridge loud and leaks, garbage disposal broke, dishwasher broke, carpet doesn't reach the walls due to previous flood, gnat infestation, mold, no wall under sink, missing screens, not 1 blade of grass just dirt, knobs missing on closets and trash everywhere outside. Been here 45 days and I'm giving my 60 day notice and moving ASAP. OMG!
