Lived their for 2 long years. don't know how I managed so long. you would think for a 1000 dollars a month this would be a decent place but don't get fooled when you drive through it. between random people in and out do to the broken gate or the giant stray cats that leave trash all over the complex this place has so many problems and a management that doesn't care to do anything about anything

RUN! DONT WALK! Run away from this location and the company that runs it. Once we agreed to lease our phone calls and emails were slower and slower returned. When we saw the place we were only shown the model (should have been the first red flag). We asked several times to see the unit we would be leasing only to be met with resistance because supposedly the tenant was still in it. We were not shown the grounds and probably because of the trash bags (yes plural and no not small) torn open and strewn behind the units. We signed a lease because we were assured the place we would go into would be the same size as the model bit with the extra bedroom. We were told that the kitchen would be updated. What we found when we arrived after driving down from Ohio/Kentucky, was filthy cupboards, mold on the windows, cockroaches, corroded bath drains and shower pipes, appliances that had seen their share of the war, and dirt.We had to pay for 2 nights in a hotel with our two kids, had to pay a transportation fee to the movers we had to send away because of the things we found inside. Now we are getting the run around despite the obvious fraudulent misrepresentation of the property and the unit. I have the pictures to prove what a dump this place is. If I could post them here I would.Update: our deposit and pro rated rent is being returned. However we have to eat the application fee, and the two nights in a hotel as well as the movers fee for the night they came out but couldn't unload. Mind you those hotel nights wouldn't have been needed had they not lied to us about the unit, and if we had know how crumby the property is we would NEVER have applied to live here. They are also telling us it could be thirty days to see our money even though they wanted the money from us sent priority mail.

This place has become fifty and isn't worth the rent you pay. They fine you for trash on your porch without any notice and they need to clean up this place every thing you rented this place for is broke and fifty. The exercise room is pitiful, the Laundry is broke and fifty. They charge for trash pickup and do not pick it up. During spring and summer Big snakes are all over the place. Roaches as big as a egg meet you at the door and you pay for spraying. The rent goes up every year not a few dollars a lot of dollars, The gate is always broke they charge enough rent to give us safety but they do not. If you are lucky to get apt up front close to the office you may be ok the area is to fool renters but run if they put you in the back. If they tell you they will remodel your apt when you renew your lease get everything in writing because you are going to only get have what the manger tells.And let me tell you about these cats they are taking over the place goes in the trash and turn it over but they want you to put the trash out at 6:oo and you got mess every where the cats are wild and will attack you on your porch. I have been renting here over 5 years coming up 6 and payed my rent on time I just got comfort but I will not renew my lease and if you are thinking about this place RUN, you can find something better right down the street.

The staff always makes time to handle any problem, and they welcome face to face assistance. Maintenance takes just a few minutes to respond with dire problems.

The management team including and all the way up to the owners are horrible at customer service the apartment above us leaked in to our unit causing massive water damage and mold they tried to blame us for the problem as well as take over a month to do repairs and they are still not done to this day as far as I no they made us pay to break or lease even though clearly we have no control over the people above us flooding there washer or any control over mold the new management company has a F bbb
