    If youre looking for a quiet environment to rest from a long hard days work, this aint the place for you...Not only does the management fails to deliver in this promise THATS IN THE LEASING AGREEMENT, but SMP (the corporate members) of the property puts high regards in keeping tenants that blast obnoxious music all day and night and if you dont like it theyll offer to get you out of your lease...That is pathetically unacceptable...So if you want to live like your inside of a night club 24/7, by all means sign over your eardrums and sanity to The Reserve at 2070...But if you want to pay rent in a nice quiet property, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!!!P

    There is only one dumpster in the complex and it is always overflowing? Pest issue maybe? Garbage is EVERYWHERE. There is a nice stream that flows through the property and it is full of garbage. MOSQUITO HARBORING AREA MAYBE?? Trash is in the bushes!! The people hired to clean up the trash only pick up in the most visible parts of the property but not behind the units. The property is inconsistent with the repairs being done to certain units and it is clear that when it comes to purchasing they are going the CHEAPEST route. PLEASE MANAGEMENT, HIRE A MORE PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICE TO CLEAN UP THE GARBAGE AND MAKE IT MORE CONVENIENT TO DISPOSE OF TRASH IN THE COMPLEX. INSTALL CAMERAS AND PENALIZE THOSE WHO THROW THEIR TRASH BEHIND OTHER PEOPLE'S UNITS. THE UNITS ARE OLD AND HAVE ELECTRICAL ISSUES. THE PROPERTY COULD USE A FACE LIFT. WITH THE INCREASED RENTS SHOULD COME INCREASED APPEAL OR ELSE ALL THE WORK THAT WENT INTO SECURING THE MOST DESIRED RESIDENT WILL GO TO WASTE ONCE THEIR LEASES ARE UP!!!!

    Management was rude. My neighbors where stumping on my head loud non stop. Management did nun about it

    Assistant Manager was great from start to finish....Apartment was not quite move on ready...Fixtures were replaced which were nice however needed to be painted. Bathroom downstairs light wouldn't come on...Maitenance did bring bulbs but they were left outside on air conditioning unit...Once bulbs were put in light did work however there was a broken bulb left on bathroom counter. 4/2 informed management that ac unit did not work I have since not been able to stay in unit due to no heat.

    The follow up on minor things are not done. I chose this property for the convenience, however, I wish I would have thought it out a little more. The units are very old, minor things like uniformity of the doors and landscaping can go a long way. The rooms are nice in size because of the age. In order to make this complex better. A total revamp on appliances, counter tops, HVAC system, blinds and screens would make a huge difference.
