Management was barely average. Some of the people in the office were nice but other than that, we had a tough time getting what we needed from them. And we have had nothing but problems from them since we left with them saying we owe them money and they have more than tripled the amount and placed it on our credit.

Good place. Great location. Fair to balanced rates. Respectful neighbors and responsive staff. The overall front-runner in Newnan's apartment communities. 3 year Newnan resident.

The walls and floors are way to thin. Noise level from your neighbors is beginning to be unbearable to where considering moving just for that reason only. The rent is to high to be disturbed by neighbors to much.

The apartment itself is great, a little pricey, but all apartments in newnan are. My main complaint is that I wasn't warned about the extremely loud train that comes by at crazy late hours in the night. It wake me up most nights and feels like it's in the same room as me But the managment is great, and the grounds are kept clean and beautiful, and the mainentence crew is about the same as all other apartment complex's crews. Can't complain much.

I loved living here the last year, but my neighbors above me are going to get the best of me. They seem nice, and acted like they cared about the noise level but lately has been rediculous. If I had known I would have moved.
