    I would never recommend anyone to live here. It is not worth what they charge you for in rent. The garbage is overflowed every other week, the breezeways are disgusting, the dog park is just rock, appliances have issues all the time, and the staff never takes responsibility for anything. They only care about getting your money, not making you comfortable.

    I have lived here for 6 months and have nothing but great things to say. Taylor and Kierstyn in the leasing office are awesome.....they always have smiles and bubbly attitudes. Maintenance has been great and super responsive the few times Ive needed something fixed. Complex is pretty quiet at night.....no shenanigans or rowdy drunks. Amenities are in great condition. I highly recommend LGS.

    I love it here so far! Its close to everything in Pooler few minutes away from all the shopping centers and restaurants in Pooler. The apartments look just like the pictures. And I love my kitchen,its fixtures are beautiful. From the widows I can see the ponds and club house area.They are under new management. The Ladies are so friendly an knowledgeable. When I have time an if they do , Ill just go chat with them. Your work orders for your apartment get done in a timely manner also.Its quiet and peaceful for the most part. I have no complaints. If you need to be close for work there right off of I-95 can get to Savannah or anywhere. Come check them out glad I did!

    The staff here has been very helpful and professional. This is our first time living in an apartment and have not had any issues. The complex is well maintained and the amenities are first class.

    I have been living here for about 7 months now. I had a great moving experience! I was re-locating out of state and I met with the staff in the office and they were great to work with! I feel very secure here and it is a wonderful location! I have referred a few of my coworkers as well.
